It’s time for another great weekly update! As we approach the end of the year, we can see that it has been quite a ride in real estate. We thought 2020 was the end of it, but 2022 turned out to be just as crazy. We've seen a lot of ups and downs, and interest rates rose four points—from around 3% to about 7%—but now the sun is suddenly coming out. Interest rates went back down, and the market is picking up, so who knows what else will happen?
