It’s official: 2022 is over. It was an incredible year, but the truth is that it’s all thanks to you. Without you, this year wouldn’t have been possible for us, so we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. So what’s happening with our market? It appears things are beginning to stabilize. We see a lot of opportunities for first-time homebuyers. FHA loans are becoming more common again, and sellers are helping buyers out by buying down their interest rates.
