A quick update holiday market update.

We might be approaching the holiday season, but that doesn’t mean our housing market has stopped moving! Today I’ll tell you everything you need to know about our local market. 


You may have heard that interest rates are up, but they’ve settled down recently. If you have good credit, you can get a rate as low as 6%. Sales have certainly slowed down due to Thanksgiving and the holiday season, but this presents new opportunities for buyers and sellers. There is less competition, so both parties might be able to secure a fantastic deal.
