The market trends that we saw in 2021 seem to be coming back.

Today I’ll tell you about the latest activity in our market because it continues to be very hot. No one was sure where things were headed in January, and some thought we were in a slump, but the market has recently taken off like lightning. We're expecting this trend to continue until June like it did last year.

I previously said that I expect more of the same patterns that we saw last year. The government continues to do crazy stuff, and interest rates are going up, but it isn’t slowing down the housing market because we still have so much demand.
