What’s Been Happening in Our Market?

We’d like to thank you for coming to our harvest party this year.

We had a terrific harvest party in Adna, Washington, and we want to thank everyone who came out to party with us. We’d love to plan another party, so we’re taking suggestions now. 

The market is amazing right now. We have low inventory and high demand. Interest rates are rising a little bit. We’ll likely end the year with interest rates at around 3% to 3.5%. Right now, people are still getting loans under 3%. We're currently seeing inflation in the economy, but now is still the time to get into the market if you haven’t already. Real estate is the only true hedge against inflation.
