Q: Will We See You At Our Upcoming Fall Party?

I have a quick market update to share and an invite to extend.

As you’ll notice in today’s video, I’m sporting a new beard that some say makes me look like a stubbled version of Santa Claus. I might as well be Santa Claus because I’m bringing good tidings from the real estate world!

First, a quick word on our market. Since COVID hit, our business has doubled. That’s crazy to think about, but conditions are only getting better for buyers and sellers. There are a lot of buyers looking to buy and a ton of great houses listed for sale, so whether you’re looking to buy or sell, just pick up the phone and give my team and me a call. We’d love to help you. 

Second, you’re officially invited to our upcoming fall party this Saturday, October 17, at my house at 1951 State Route 6, Chehalis, Washington, 98532. We’ll have some great food and offer plenty of fun activities the whole family can enjoy. Social distancing guidelines will be followed. Feel free to bring whomever you want—the more the merrier. 

Our team has doubled in size lately, so I’d love for you to meet all the new faces. 2020 has been crazy, but we’ve made it this far together and we want to support you in any way we can.
