Here’s a quick forecast for the 2021 real estate market from Northfork Realty.

Believe it or not, it’s been a terrific 2020 for Northfork Realty. Although nobody knows what’s going to happen in 2021, here’s what we know about the market right now:

1. Interest rates remain historically low. They will continue to remain low for the foreseeable future, meaning it’s a great time to buy a home. A home with the right space, commute, amenities, and more. 

2. Safe communities are important. People want to get out of the city and get to a place where they feel like they belong.
