It’s time for fall! School has started, parents have more free time, and a lot of them are using that time to look at houses.

First of all, if you are looking to buy, there’s more inventory and therefore more opportunities. Interest rates are a little high, but my team and I have many creative solutions. Then for sellers, as long as your home is priced correctly, it is still a good time to sell it quickly and for a great price. Overall, there are a lot of encouraging things happening in our market for both buyers and sellers.

Now for some very exciting news: My team and I are hosting a party! We have our Fall Harvest Party every year, and it is always a hit. This year it will be on Saturday, October 22nd starting at 4pm. It is located at Mistletoe Tree Farm in Chehalis, WA. Our special guest Pat Murphy and his band will be playing live music and they're phenomenal. There will be food, drinks, pumpkin carving, family-friendly events, and more. It’s an open invitation, so bring your family and friends.
