How Has Our Market Been Doing?

A quick update on what’s happening in our June 2022 real estate market.

Today we want to share the latest market news with you. Some great things are starting to happen. Buyers have more opportunities now, and we're still seeing prices increase for sellers. We're not seeing as many multiple-offer situations, so buyers have a better chance to win offers. 

It’s a great market for both sides right now, but it will normalize over time. Interest rates continue to rise, but they're staying in the 5% range right now. That means we're seeing the return of some adjustable-rate mortgages. Overall, great things are happening in the market, but you want to stay informed about inflation and other market trends. Remember, the rate of real estate appreciation will beat the rate of inflation.
