Fall Market Update and Harvest Party

Come on down to our fall harvest party and celebrate the changing seasons!

I’m happy to announce that our annual harvest party will be held again this year! Feel free to bring a friend or relative and come on down to our open party. The event this year will be held at Mistletoe Tree Farm in Chehalis with Pat Murphy's live band and food catered by the amazing Jeremy's Farm to Table Restaurant. Mark the date, October 22, in your calendar now!

As for our fall market update, things are definitely looking different during this season, now that interest rates are up to about 7%. The market is starting to slow down, but we’re still seeing plenty of appreciation. The important thing to note is that we’re still very busy and selling a ton of homes. We’d love the opportunity to work hard for you. 

So remember, as we head into fall and look forward to the changes going on, don’t forget our Fall Harvest Party on October 22. It will be a lot of fun.
