An End-of-Summer Market Update

An update on the current housing market and why it’s a good time to act.

What happened to real estate now that summer is almost over? The housing market changes every day, and I want to keep you updated. One thing you should know is that it’s a great real estate market—inventory has risen, prices have flattened out a little bit, and sellers are still getting a ton of money out of their houses. If homes are priced correctly, they will sell. 

In addition, there are more options out there for buyers, and they don’t have to write crazy offers anymore. Things may currently be tough for buyers, but I want every potential buyer to know it's getting better.
